Open Path 208 — 4/16/2026 (HMIS)

Length of stay field update. We’ve updated how Length of Stay (LOS) is collected for Prior Living Situation B. LOS will now be collected in all cases, including when the prior living situation is a homeless situation, aligning with the latest Eva guidance. This change is not expected to impact reporting, but you may notice differences in Eva flags as a result.

Open Path 207 — 4/9/2026 (HMIS)

Filters now persist across table navigation. When you apply filters on tables (like Clients, Enrollments, or Projects), they’ll stay in place as you move between pages — saving time and making it easier to return to or share a specific view.

Open Path 206 — 4/2/2026 (Warehouse)

Improved HUD reporting performance. We’ve streamlined how HUD APR and SPM reports are built, reducing duplication and improving performance for quicker, more reliable results.

Open Path 205 — 3/26/2026 (Warehouse)

Exclude projects from CAS syncing using project groups. We’ve added the ability to exclude specific projects from syncing to CAS by leveraging project groups, giving you more precise control over what data is shared.

Supplemental Data tab visibility improvements. The Supplemental Data tab is now hidden when the ROI is expired, helping reduce on-screen clutter and keep your workspace focused.

Open Path 204 — 3/19/2026 (Warehouse)

Expanded HOPWA CAPER reporting tabs. We’ve added P-FBH and ST-TFBH tabs to the HOPWA CAPER report, providing more comprehensive visibility into HOPWA data for improved reporting and analysis.

Open Path 203 — 3/12/2026 (HMIS)

Legacy referrals are now read-only. You can no longer create or send new legacy referrals. Existing outgoing referrals remain viewable as history, and incoming referrals can still be reviewed and accepted or denied. Moving forward, Open Path HMIS will support direct referrals and waitlist-based referrals.

Open Path 201 — 2/26/2026 (Warehouse / HMIS)

ROI expiration date visibility on client dashboard. The client dashboard now displays the ROI expiration date, making it easier to track and manage important timelines at a glance.

Accessibility improvements. We’ve implemented a series of accessibility fixes to enhance WCAG 2.0 AA compliance and ensure a more inclusive experience across the platform.
