Restore archived SPM data from the Longitudinal SPM report

When a Longitudinal SPM report relies on System Performance Measures reports whose data has been archived, the report page now tells you so. A warning appears at the top, each affected quarter is marked “Archived,” and a “Restore Archived SPM Data” button lets you bring the data back yourself, with no admin request needed. The page shows progress while the restore runs and refreshes on its own when the data is ready. If a restore fails or stalls, the page says so and lets you try again.

See which projects feed each SPM measure

The detail drill-down on the FY2026 System Performance Measures report now includes a project column, so CoCs can see which projects contribute to each measure. Where a measure spans more than one project, such as an exit from one project and a return to another, each project is shown. Confidential project names stay hidden from anyone not permitted to see them.

More control when merging client records

The client merge page has been refreshed. You can now choose which types of connected client data move to the merged record and which stay behind. Suggested matches are also more useful: they search on the names of every source record, limit results to people of the same age, and rank the best matches first.

HMIS

Coordinated Entry match rules can now use HUD data elements

The CE match rule editor has a new “HUD” source, so match rules can be built from HUD-collected data as well as client and custom fields. Available fields include total monthly income, the HUD disability types, and domestic violence survivor status. For the disability and health fields, rules can look at the client’s latest response or at whether the client answered “Yes” at any point during the lookback period. Fields that use the latest response are now labeled “(latest)” so it’s clear which one you’re choosing.

Completed referral steps now show key details at a glance

Once a referral step is completed, its card now displays a summary of the key details recorded during that step, so you don’t need to open the step to see what was entered. Empty values are left off.

Improvements

Warehouse

APR and CAPER calculations updated to match HUD’s test kit

We made several changes to how the APR and CAPER are calculated so they match HUD’s specifications and test kit. The changes cover annual assessment timing, which now counts from the household’s earliest start date instead of the head of household’s; overlapping-enrollment checks; disabling condition data quality counts; and point-in-time counts for night-by-night emergency shelters, which now use bed night records. Reports run from now on may show slightly different numbers in these areas than earlier runs.

Healthcare features retired

We have removed the Warehouse’s healthcare features: the health-related reports, the patient pages, and the healthcare administration screens. As part of this change, the optional “credentials” field on user accounts (for example, “LCSW” or “MSW” after a user’s name) has also been removed. Other Warehouse features are not affected.

Family VI-SPDAT no longer limited to seven children

The Family VI-SPDAT previously allowed no more than seven children per household. That limit has been removed, so larger families can be recorded in full.

HMIS

Clearer Coordinated Entry waitlist status

When a new waitlist is still being built for the first time, it could show few or no eligible clients along with a “last processed” time of just a few minutes ago, which made it look finished when it wasn’t. The waitlist now waits until that first full run is complete before listing clients, and an information banner appears while any waitlists are still being built for the first time. The nightly full refresh of waitlists now starts late in the evening instead of early in the morning, so it’s more likely to finish before the start of the business day.

HMIS Participation and CE Participation dates can no longer overlap

Following the HUD Data Dictionary, a project’s HMIS Participation records can no longer have overlapping date ranges, and the same applies to its CE Participation records. If you try to save a record whose dates overlap another record for the same project, you’ll see an error on the date fields and will need to adjust the dates before saving. This also applies when editing an older record that already overlaps another one. Back-to-back date ranges and gaps between ranges are still allowed.

Bug Fixes

HUD reports can be run again by users with project-level access

For users whose access is set up by project, some HUD reports and similar Warehouse reports would clear the selected CoC codes when the report was submitted, so the report couldn’t be started. Those reports could also include a different set of projects than the ones shown in the project picker. Both problems are fixed: the CoC codes you select are kept, and the report covers the projects you chose. The list of projects shown with a finished report now matches what you selected when you ran it.
