Audit pages for cohort access

New audit pages show when people may have had access to a cohort. This makes it easier to review who could see a cohort’s clients, and when.

Notes on project groups

You can now add free-text notes when you create or edit a project group. Notes appear as a new column in the project groups list and are included in the Excel download, so you can record why a group exists or how it should be used.

HOPWA CAPER now reports leasing costs for facility-based housing

The HOPWA CAPER can now fill in the leasing expenditure row on the facility-based housing sheets, which used to be left empty. When a daily rate is recorded on a project’s funders, the report adds up the cost for each head of household’s stay during the reporting period. Where funding sources overlap, it uses the higher rate. Your site needs a one-time setup that tells the report which funder field holds the daily rate. [CHECK: confirm how customers should request or complete this setup]

Clearer status for Releases of Information

The “Active” badge on a client’s Releases of Information page used to show only which file was uploaded most recently, not whether that consent was still valid. Color-coded badges now show the status at a glance: Active, Expires [date], Expired [date], No Expiration, or Revoked [date]. The badges update as soon as a file is confirmed. A nightly update also clears outdated consent information, so the status shown stays accurate over time.

“Assigned to you” filter on the Referrals page

The Referrals table now has an “Assigned to you” checkbox in its filters, so you can quickly narrow the list to referral steps assigned to you.

Workspace switcher on the Referrals page

Organizations that set up workspaces for referrals will now see a workspace switcher on the Referrals page. The switcher filters every tab to a chosen group of projects, which makes it easier for teams to focus on their own part of the system. If no workspaces are set up, the Referrals page looks and works the same as before.

Audit history for HMIS access controls

HMIS administrators can now see what changed, who changed it, and when, for Access Controls, Roles, Collections, and User Groups. A combined history covers all access controls and can be exported to Excel. Each individual record also has a new History button that opens its own history, which you can download. Changes are described in plain language, such as “Added user Jane Smith to group” or “Changed Role: from Read-Only to Full Access.” This matches the audit history that was already available in Warehouse administration.

Improvements

Outcomes report now shows exits to homelessness separately

The Outcomes report now puts exits to homeless destinations in their own category instead of counting them under “other or unknown outcome.” That category has been renamed from “returned to shelter” to “exited to homelessness.” You may see the other or unknown outcome count go down, with those exits now reported where they belong.

Consistent permissions for deleting intake assessments

The Delete button on a completed intake assessment now follows the same permission rules the system already used behind the scenes. Users who have permission to delete enrollments can now delete a completed intake, even if they don’t also have the separate permission to delete assessments. Administrators may want to review which roles have the delete enrollments permission.

Bug Fixes

Project group “Include all projects in data source” setting now saved correctly

When editing a project group that was set to include all projects in its data source, the edit form showed that option as unchecked. Saving the form without re-checking it could quietly turn the setting off and change which projects were in the group. The form now shows the setting correctly. If you edited one of these project groups recently, check that its project list is still what you expect.
