Cohorts now display a description and owner
You can now add an optional owner and description to any cohort. A cohort’s page shows its owner, description, and who created it and when, and the cohort list shows each cohort’s owner, making it easier to understand why a cohort exists and who to ask about it.

Referrals now accessible outside of Admin
Referrals now have their own place in the main navigation instead of living under Admin. The new Referrals page brings together Referrals, Available Units, and Eligible Clients as three tabs, and anyone with permission to view referrals can now reach it, not just coordinated entry administrators. Old links and bookmarks to the previous admin pages redirect automatically.

Ethnicity removed from the Inter-CoC Client Overlap report
The standalone Ethnicity breakdown has been removed from the Inter-CoC Client Overlap (Overlapping CoC Utilization) report details as part of the 2026 HUD Data Standards update. Ethnicity is now captured within the Race field, making the separate Ethnicity column and chart redundant.
Added privacy protections for HIV/AIDS details in the PIT report
On the Point-in-Time (PIT) report, the client list for the HIV/AIDS row under Additional Homeless Populations is now only available to users who have permission to view HIV-related client information. Users without that permission no longer see a link on that row, and if they try to open it directly (for example, from a bookmark), they’ll see a message explaining that access isn’t allowed. Users with permission can view it just as before.
HOPWA CAPER TBRA tab now includes only tenant-based rental assistance projects
The TBRA tab of the HOPWA CAPER report now includes only projects whose Housing Type is tenant-based (or not recorded), so projects of other housing types no longer appear there. You may notice different counts on this tab compared with earlier runs.

Improved safeguards when deleting a Head of Household’s enrollment
To prevent households from being left without a Head of Household, deleting the Head of Household’s intake assessment or in-progress enrollment now also removes the enrollments of everyone else in the household. Before you confirm, the deletion message now warns you that the other household members’ enrollments will be deleted too.
