HOPWA CAPER tab names and order match FY2026

The HOPWA CAPER tabs now follow the names and order in the FY2026 specification, without the old numeric prefixes, so navigating the report matches the current standard.

Faster HUD APR and SPM reports

We’ve streamlined how the HUD APR and SPM reports are built, so they run faster and more reliably.

Filters stay in place as you move through tables

When you apply filters on tables like Clients, Enrollments, or Projects, they now stay in place as you move between pages. That makes it easier to come back to a specific view or share it with a colleague.

Length of Stay now collected for every Prior Living Situation

Following the latest Eva guidance, Length of Stay for Prior Living Situation is now collected in every case, including when the prior living situation is homeless. This isn’t expected to affect reporting, but you may notice differences in Eva flags.

Bulk services search better protects client privacy

Searches in bulk services and bed nights now match on masked IDs instead of client names, which helps protect sensitive information. Results stay the same as you change filters and move between pages.

Eligible client lists now show current client information

Coordinated Entry eligible-client lists, both the main waitlist and unit-level lists, could show outdated values in their custom data columns. For example, an answer updated on a client’s assessment might not appear in the list, and filters on those columns could give results that didn’t match what the columns showed. Both the columns and the filters now use each client’s most recent information, so changes show up right away and filter results match what you see.

“Save and finish later” now keeps changes to the intake Entry Date

If you changed the Entry Date on an intake assessment and clicked “Save and finish later,” the form showed the original date when you came back, so it looked like your change hadn’t been saved. The intake now shows the Entry Date you last saved. Completed intakes still show the enrollment’s recorded Entry Date.
